LCA Posting Notice

Pursuant to 20 C.F.R 655.734(a)(1)

 

  1. One H-1B nonimmigrant worker is being sought by Elite Preparatory Academy A NJ Nonprofit Corporation. through the filing of a Labor Condition Application with the Employment and Training Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor.
  2. One such worker is being sought to fill the position of Admissions Director. The H-1B nonimmigrant will be employed at 452 Lakeside Blvd, Hopatcong, NJ 07843.
  3. 40 hours per week and annual wage of $60,000.00 is being offered to such worker.
  4. The period of employment for which such worker is sought is from 12/18/2025 to 12/17/2028.
  5. The labor condition application (LCA) is available for public inspection at the office of Elite Preparatory Academy A NJ Nonprofit Corporation, located at 452 Lakeside Blvd, Hopatcong, NJ 07843.
  6. Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
